• By purchasing at NewJerseyHobby.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Store Credit only on items not used, unopened, and still in the manufactures original packaging.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns and No refunds on shipping costs
• Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise (electronic speed controls, batteries, chargers, motors, etc.). No returns, without written authorization, or after 30 days. No returns or refunds on items we have marked as discontinued, clearance, close out, or are no longer available on our web site
• Defects found after the product has been used will be handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty, and the corresponding manufacture will handle any problems for you directly.
• Any missing or Defective Parts will be handled directly from the Manufacture. New Jersey Hobby is not responsible for warranty repair or replacement. All warranty, defective or replacement merchandise will be handled by the manufacture.
• If the item you wish to return is malfunctioned/not operational, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Manufacturers insist on handling the defective product directly. Please call for further assistance
• When ordering parts, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the parts ordered will fit your model. Please refer to the manufacturer before placing an order or call so we can answer your question to the best of our capability.
• We will not be held liable or responsible for any mishandling, misuse or neglect of products purchased at New Jersey Hobby that results in personal injuries, harm to others, or damage of any sort.
• We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, and repairs.

• If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork, do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
• If you think that your package has been lost in transit please notify use and we will try to track the shipment. We will contact the shipper and try to resolve the situation.

• We accept payment in the following forms: Most major credit cards, including. Visa, Master Card, American Express and PayPal. Payment made through PayPal will only be shipped to the buyers CONFIRMED shipping address from PayPal.
